Chrissie is a free-lance photographer who travels all over the world. 







This makes it nice for her roommate, Melissa.  Melissa is a nurse at Simville Hospital.

Melissa likes plants and flowers, too.

They like to throw elaborate parties when Chrissie is not on assignment.

Ready for a party!!

They bought Courtyard Villa and are doing some re-decorating to suit their lifestyles.

Bella & Mortimer Goth came by to visit and are looking forward to the Roomies next party.

Update on Michael Bachelor

Michael's been busy.  Bella & Mortimer Goth

came by to say hello



Bella's got some ideas for curb appeal.



and Bella offered some suggestions for improvements.

New paint & flooring helped the laundry/mud room immensely.

Michael had some time off, so he did some shopping and made changes to the laundry room.



Bella's suggestions definitely improved the front yard.

He also cleared out all the weeds and improved the curb appeal of the front yard.



Michael grilled some hamburgers and decided to invite some company.

He invited Melissa Roomies, who he met at the hospital, and she came over gladly.

While they were eating, Melissa offered some decorating tips.

They went shopping after dinner and Michael eagerly made the suggested purchases. 



Just the addition of a plant and painting made a big difference.



Melissa stayed to help and

Michael was very appreciative. 

Miss Ginia gets down & dirty....literally

Ginia needed a break from writing, so she decided to plant the seeds she ordered from the new gardening store she found online.

sent over her order right away!

She got right to work with her planting.

Ginia loves to garden and it helps
keep her fit.

There are other rewards, too.

All the neighborhood cats & dogs come over to play with Boots, Maggie, Scout and Waggles.  There's plenty to eat, and lots of fun places to play.

The cats have fun while Miss Ginia is doing her gardening. Sometimes, they lure the dogs into the pond, then show off their "dancing" skills.

Eating a light supper before bed.

Time to have some dinner, then head off to bed.  Very exhausting day.

Can't wait to get some sleep! Maybe she will come up with a new story in her dreams........

Michael Bachelor moves to Simville

Michael Bachelor has moved to Simville.  Michael just graduated from college with a degree in law enforcement and is a Detective with the local PD.  He found a house at 62 Old Farm Circle that is relatively new, but still needs some work.

Outdoors isn't bad, there's a nice BBQ setup and a table and chairs.  There's also a pool, but not much in the way of landscaping.

What about these weeds??

The patio is nice though.

The kitchen has been redone but that's the only room that doesn't need work.

Kitchen has a rooster theme, but he can live with it.

The front room just has desk
and shelves for now.



Living room is typical of a bachelor....
comfy couch and BIG TV.



The mudroom has a toilet stall, but
the wallpaper and tile are awful!!

Maybe he can find someone to help him with the decorating and landscaping....

He already met Claire Charming at the hospital and another nurse, too. (see earlier post)

Marsha Hicks makes friends

Marsha has been out and about in the neighborhood, talking with Ginia & Claire.

Pizza goes very well with wine!!

I like dogs, but maybe Elden will let you get the cat....

She's still working on Elden about the cat.......

Update on Claire

Apparently the conversation Claire had with Michael Bachelor in the exam room, was taken the wrong way....probably by the nurse that wasn't getting any of Michael's attention....and this was the result:
